When looking for a new vehicle my husband and I stopped into Crippen. Scott Kemp pleasantly greeted us. He listened to my needs for a vehicle, and then went to work to find me the perfect one. I wanted an Encore, a new Buick vehicle. Scott searched out the exact Encore with what I needed. He did this timely and always making me feel that I was the only customer he had to work with. Scott followed up immediately and with helpful outcomes each time. My husband and I are both driving new Buick?ˆ™s now, he an Enclave and myself the Encore. We would never buy from another dealer and always with Scott. Service and the buying process are above and beyond what you find elsewhere.
And if I can mention, I love my Encore!! It is the luxury and quality of Buick, a zippy fun crossover, and a great price!

I want to share what a positive experience I had while purchasing my Mazda 6. Dick Freeland was professional, not pushy, and a personable salesman. I`ve had my car for about 3 months and have not experienced any problems. It`s a nice smooth ride with great gas mileage. Very sharp looking too.

Finally, a service department that doesn`t have me questionning my decision to have my car worked on by a delearship. Excellent purchase experience
Really enjoyed purchasing my new Mazda 6 at Crippen. Sales staff (esp. Al Bozzo) was very helpful, polite, and considerate during the entire process. We felt very comfortable and were never pressured at all. Everyone was very respectful and thoughtful about our needs. The final touch was allowing me to actually drive my new car out of the large glass showroom stall. That was great! Thanks to everyone.

Great Experience
I recently moved back to Michigan from Florida and about a month after I had moved back I was on my way to lunch and was in an accident in with my Impala. What a horrible day, luckily I was able to get my car towed to Crippen which was very close to my retirement home. I thought my new Impala was done for. Purchasing parts for our vehicles can sometimes be `interesting` to say the least. Especailly, when you order online.
However, we purchased some parts for our Mazda with Alfredo Serna once and have not stopped. When we need a part, I call Alfredo. He is knowledgeable and professional. Great Experience
Walked into Crippen Auto Sales a couple of weeks ago pretty much by chance after leaving another competing dealership down the street. I left Crippen after purchasing my new 2011 Buick Lacrosse.
