I will never use their services again. I chose them because they had loaner cars and I had some damage to my vehicle that was going to take more than a day or so to fix. They had my car 3.5 weeks. In the second week they had it, I was told that it would probably be done by Friday and mid week I would get a call. Call never came. I would e-mail them asking them status and wouldn`t hear back until I called them. Then ... view moreIn the third week they told me again my car would be done Friday. They never called and said sorry it won`t be done just no call for the second week in a row. Finally in the beginning of the next week, I sent a long e-mail to the owner complaining about the lack of communication and the terrible customer service I was receiving. They did knock off some money off my deductible. However, when I got to the shop to pick up my car after 3.5 weeks, the receptionist said she "accidentally" already deposited the checks from my insurance company, which they aren`t supposed to do until I see the repairs on my car. She said she had permission because I signed the paper saying yes you can repair my car. I was NOT happy to say the least and will never go back there nor would I recommend ever going there.
