Its very important that i mention first off that THE REVIEW THAT IS TITLED LACK OF HONESTY had not been written by the actual customers themselves but by a relative of the actual customers.
I`d like to start by stateing that ou... view morer business here at PREMIER MOTORS LLC,has earned a ""BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) RATING OF ""AAA""
By being in business here at this location under the same name""PREMIER MOTORS"" for over 20 years and maintaining a ""AAA rating with the (BBB) YOU CERTAINLY HAVE TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST WITH EVERY AND ALL CUSTOMERS TO ACHIEVE
THAT ""AAA` RATING.
We at PREMIER MOTORS have been here at our crystal Mn location by earning people`s business over,and over again. Selling folks 3-4-5 cars is very common for us here also selling their friends and family cars as well.
I remember the folks that bought the 2003 Ford focus
in question as I make it a point to value and remember all my previous customers.
They had bought a 2003 Ford Focus and were working with a very limited budget.
The 2003 Ford Focus was in 100% mechanical order at the time of purchase.
The customers were more than thorough at the time of purchase and so was I in answering all of their questions in a professional manner.
They told me about a NEGATIVE review that PREMIER MOTORS HAD RECEIVED online.
I pulled up the NEGATIVE REVIEW IN QUESTION and actually showed the customers that it was for a different PREMIER MOTORS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.I also pulled up a POSITIVE CARFAX for the 2003 FOCUS that was requested by the customers.
I certainly did not and would not tell someone that a broken antenna is factory standard equipment and was made that way!
I also want to address that when buying a used car,a warranty is always a good idea depending on the warranty itself.
The warranty that the customers had purchased
covered 99% of all PARTS AND REPAIR LABOR costs.
Premier Motors actually shared in the remaining repair balance and also went the extra mile of having the mechanic replace the timing belt while repairing the engine which was not needed for the actual repair itself The only time i mentioned staying late for the customer is when i reminded them that we usually close at 6:00pm and that i was here to help them and stay as late as we need till their ready to make a decision either way on the Ford Focus.
I had followed up with the actual customer after the repair was made and asked them if they were completely satisfied at this time.
The husband said and i quote"" I AM COMPLETELY
SATISFIED AND THANKYOU FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR US""!
I am postive that RELATIVES THAT ARE NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE should stay off of ONLINE REVIEWS!
They were either misinformed or just trying to ruin a small businesses reputation by abusing the power of the internet.Thanks,and we would love to earn you`re

Lacking Honesty
Premier Motors in Crystal, MN is a completely dishonest used car lot. My mom and stepfather recently bought a car from them. The vehicle looked like it was in good condition with the exception of a tiny bit of rust and a broken antenna. The dealer even had the indecency to try to convince my mother that all of the antennas on this type of vehicle looked that way. When my mom asked perfectly legitimate questions about... view more the car and for proof of his claims, Dave acted offended and commented on how they were keeping him late. My husband quickly checked other reviews of this place on the Web. When we informed my mother about these bad reviews, Dave proceeded to say that we ?ˆ?must be looking at the reviews for another Premier Auto?ˆ? located in another state. We are smarter than that. He told my parents that the cars were completely checked-over before they were sent out with a customer. Within three days of owning the car, the entire engine went out! Then, Dave took the car in for repairs. Suddenly, the warranty that had been signed was ?ˆ?only good for up to $1000 worth of repairs.?ˆ? That number was not in writing. I will be sure to let others know if the issues with this car are repaired, but, as it stands, I hope this sales lot never has another customer.
