This dealership is the worst business I have had to deal with. I will make sure that I pass my experience I had to everyone that I know and tell them to run the other way and don?ˆ™t look back . They don?ˆ™t care about you as a person they only care about the money . Yes that is the American way but there comes a point that some values are needed also. This dealership has lost their integrity which has hurt the Luther ... view morename in my books. . I purchased a 2008 Dodge Dakota and in less than 1 month and 5 days all of these things happened. The first thing was the hood latch release feel apart in my hands . I had to replace the alternator and a battery. The last and final thing is now I need my rack and pinion replaced. I do hold myself accountable because I waited too long to call them I called one day late and that is my fault but where are their values? Apparently customer service issues are not part of your core business values which will hurt you in the long run. I will never go to a Rudy Luther Dealership in the future and I will take it upon myself to let everyone (friends co-workers) about the experience I had and to go somewhere else.

They don`t care for you

They don`t want to deal. They way under bid you trade. They think they have you in a corner somehow, and that someone else will pay their ridiculous prices. Maybe they`d learn if people quit tolerating this crap.

BUYER BEWARE

This place is horrible!!! Traded my car in on November 26, the loan didn`t get paid off until Dec 26. The finance department doesn`t know what they are doing. BEWARE IF YOU ARE TRADING YOUR VEHICLE IN!!! Besides all of this I was happy with the salesman the I did use, Paul. Everyone else seemed to be unaware of what their job was to be. Be very careful if you are planning on buying a car from this dealership.
