Professional Dealership
I finally found a dealership that I actually enjoy going to. I`ve bought a car and a truck from them in the last 2 years. They`ve been great to me from the start. I`ve been in for my normal maintenance and actually enjoyed the experience. I have sent several friends and family to do business with them and they have all said the same thing. Just a great place to purchase/service a car!

Highly recommend
I have been doing business with this dealership since 1991, when it was Harold Chevrolet. I have bought many cars and trucks from them and have never had a problem that they did not take care of promptly and to my satisfaction. They do what`s right... Their Service Department is great! They are the only one I trust to service my Tahoe.
I was very pleasantly surprised when on Saturday, the dealership offered me a ... view morehotdog or hamburger lunch.
My most resent purchase was ""NOT"" a high pressure sales experience and they help me to select the right truck for my need. The salesperson was a highly professional consultant who conducted an interview, listened to me, and truly cared about my needs not just selling me a new truck. They are good people who GIVE great customer care and service.
I recommend them highly to all my friends and family!

What a Great Surprise
I didn`t know that Lupient Chevrolet took over Grossman Chevrolet. What a great surprise, there were even some of the same familiar faces. What a great experience. I didn`t realize how close they are for me. Overall ~ great switch!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
I recently bought a 2007, yeah that`s right, 2007 Chevy Tahoe from CHARLIE @ Lupient Chevy. The minute I took it off the lot I realized it was a mistake. Within a month of owning the Tahoe, the transmission went out. Even though it was covered under warranty, Charlie was being untruthful about the previous own`s driving habits. I specifically asked if they towed or hauled anything while they owned the car. Charl... view moreie emphatically said, ""NO"". Well, anyone who knows anything about cars will tell you there is NO WAY a transmission will go out after 65k. Unless, they were hauling something. I am now four months in to owning this vehicle and have had it in for servicing 4 TIMES. And have come out of my pocket over $1000 on repairs. This all comes from a call that is not ever TWO YEARS OLD. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Charlie and anyone at Lupient Chevy.
In times like this, there are great dealerships that have great customer service and would love your business. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE

Lupient Chevrolet is the best dealership in town
I have had many experiences with car dealerships over my years, but since I started working with Lupient Chevrolet, I refuse to go anywhere else!!! It`s been a great experience from the first time I walked in. I was professionally greeted and allowed to purchase a vehicle on my terms (no pressure, haggling or scare tactics). The vehicle was prepared to my satisfaction (not easy to do) and they explained the paperw... view moreork thoroughly so I didn`t leave with any questions. I have been back to visit their service department for my maintenance and have always been greeted promptly, treated like the educated woman that I am, and most importantly, my vehicle is always done in the time that is promised. What a delightful dealership! Everyone is fun and energetic and a pleasure to deal with! All the other dealerships in town should learn from the Lupient`s!!

Atrocious customer service
I can honestly say I have never received such poor customer service in my lifetime. I purchased a car from their lot and basically began having problems with it the day after I drove it off the lot, and I ended up having to bring it in about four times before they actually ended up ""diagnosing"" the problem. The fact of the matter is; these problems should have been fixed before it was put on their lot to be sold, p... view moreeriod. I was just appalled that I received such poor service from pretty much every department at the dealership. I was quoted one amount on the phone for service and then when I arrived to pick the car up, the amount suddenly increased. I was told the remotes that came with my car were ""lost? and that I had to schedule an appointment to get new ones programmed. Later I found that they had the remotes sitting in their parts department, so why were they not installed before the car was sold? I brought the car in three times for the exact same problem and each time I drove it off the lot, they told me it was fixed and I should be fine. Each time the car?s electrical system would short out, so obviously they were not being thorough enough to catch the actual problem. I am a realist, and I understand there can be problems with used cars, but the key here is customer service. If I felt like the employees of this dealership were genuinely trying to help me and fix my car, the whole situation would have been entirely different. Unfortunately, my experience only perpetuates the old ?shady used car salesman? theory.

Stay far far away!
Brought a car in to service center and it took 5 hrs and alot of money to ""fix"", but the issue only got worse. The issue was in plain sight, but they preformed many other unnessasry services. Later brought it to small repair shop which fixed it in 5min. and costed 1/10th the price. Tried to call to be reimbursed for unnessasary fixes, and manager said, ""I wouldn`t have them do it any other way."" Much later hu... view moreng up when trying to be transfered to someone higher up. Terrible customer service!
