Profits over Service

Have been going to this shop for basic oil changes for years and always had very meticulous and efficient service. Recently however after the oil was changed the A/C coincidentally stopped working. So after opening the hood and a cap was mysteriously missing to the a/c pressure gauge. I went back to have them check around for the cap and ask if they could check out the A/C considering that it stopped working immediat... view moreely following the oil change. Well, the cap never turned up and they said they wouldn`t even check the A/C system because it wasn`t associated with the oil change. Evan asking them to speak with the manager regarding the situation resulted in the same result. So I said forget it and resolved to take the car elsewhere to have the A/C checked. I later found that an a/c line had been punctured and was told that such a smooth cut could only have been done by force and not on it`s own out of structural degradation. It was too coincidental that the A/C system failed the day following the oil change. Needless to say I won`t be going back to this center again.
