Meghan was excellent, she was very personable & explained everything through the purchase and was not pushy like most sales people can be (big plus).I was in my new car and on my way home without spending a long time getting through the purchasing process. We had called ahead to make sure the vehicle we were interested in was still available. When we arrived to the store, Karl had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. After a very pleasant discussion and Karl doing a lot of running around checking with his people, the purchase was set in motion. We figured we would be back the following day to finish things up but were very surprised to find out that we were leaving that very day with the new vehicle and all the paperwork in order and the new vehicle set for us to go. We were very impressed with the smoothness of the whole process. Thanks to Karl for a great shopping experience and to the Sonju staff for the smooth transition into a new vehicle.

We had a recall, plus wanted a 50,ooo mile check... everyone was very nice and helpfull. Got everything done fast and friendly.. cleaned our Traverse inside and out the buffing is a beautiful thing...

2005 Honda Civic XL - They did an Oil Change along with the Mounting and Balancingof two Seasonal Tires to replace the winter snow tires.They did everythingas requested in the timeline presented.The cost was fair and as expected.It was a very positive experience.

I stopped in to Sonju on a Tuesday to have my 2002 GMC Sierra serviced with the thought in my head of just trading it in for a new truck. I have been really liking the new Fords. I knew my credit rating would not be the best, but I thought I`d give it a try. I was introduced to a newer salesperson, and even after telling her I might be wasting time for both of us, I was treated with all the respect in the world. As I... view more had stated before, my past is still following me and a brand new truck just wasnt going to be an option. I had anticipated this and was not at all upset. I looked at 2 older trucks, and asked my salesperson, Randi, about them. One was a white 2007 F-150, the other a red 2002 F-150. I was OK with settling at this time. I presented the financial team at Sonju with a real challenge. They kept telling me they were "working on it". The following Friday, I got a call from Jeremy from Sonju`s financial dept telling me very quickly that they got me into a truck. He rattled off the details of the truck they got me into, but he said it so fast, I didn`t quite understand. I asked if it was the white one, or the red one. He said the black one! The new one I wanted in the first place! I was in disbelief! On Saturday I went there and sure enough, I drove away in a brand new Ford F-150 supercrew! Thank you to Randi, Brian, Jeremy and Sonju for all the hoops you had to jump through to make me a happy guy and a return customer in the future!
