The service department is lack luster and unprofessional. My wife and I get treated as if we were in a poorly run Dodge dealership. Too bad. Great cars - Service department is poor at best. Looking for a new Acura dealership for future visits for our Acuras.

BEWARE of Luther Acura
Luther Acura offers auto loans from Chase Auto Finance. Chase sent two repo guys to my home that tried to impersonate cops and hold us against our will. Then they refused to give me my title when I paid the car off UNLESS I agreed to cover up their bad behavior.
If Luther Acura does business with Chase then you have to wonder about THEIR ethics. DON

We have leased several vehicles including 4 Mercedes and 3-4 of the Acura models. This was by far the best experience we had. From Eddie Bittar on the front end to the transition to Mory Hashemi-Rad to accomadate my work schedule. Mory was excellent and helped me to get as much of the paperworkand handle all questions prior to coming in as possible. Rob Phillips in the finanace department was also a pleasure to work ... view morewith and made everything simple and clear. Most importantly - I`ve never taken the time or made the committment to go through the car completely to learn about all the systems. Mory made a point and said it was a must to teach me about all the systems. I`m now more excited about the car and can`t wait to drive it - thank you all!

Made all the difference
The sales representative, Ford Williams, made all the difference to me. He was honest, up front with the pricing, and everything that he stated was fact and there were no misunderstandings. He worked hard to find the vehicle that I wanted, including the equipment and color. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.
