FANTASTIC Service!

We have now taken our vehicles in for service at St. Anthony Mobil on two separate occasions. Both experiences were absolutely amazing. Top Notch Service

As a young woman I have always been weary of going into a car shop because I have often been talked down too and ripped off. I will willingly admit my car knowledge is extremely minimal but the guys are St. Anthony Moblie are INCREDIBLE! They are extremely helpful and understanding. I have been there for everything from oil changes to major work to tires changes, every time they amaze me. I went in once with a le... view moreak in my coolant hours before I was to drive back to Iowa. They assessed the leak, mentioned that it wasn`t bad enough to keep me from my travels, gave me what I need to get home and the proper advice on how to keep my car happy until I got there. I spent about 45 minutes talking with a mechanic and they charged me for nothing. They provide me with a ride home while they work on my car and also come pick me up when it is done. No matter the problem they are willing to help. One time they checked my car over complete found a plethora of problems but once I told them I rarely ever drive unless I am going to the store or going home to Iowa they immediately mentioned that I didn`t need to fix and could just monitor a majority of the problems. I feel like they are always looking out for what is best for me and not for what gets them the most money. I would, without reservation, recommend them to anyone I meet. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent Service

Before visiting St Anthony Mobil, I had nothing but terrible luck with mechanics in the Twin Cities. I had a great experience at St Anthony Mobil - I will definitely go back and I will recommend the place to friends and family. A few weeks ago my car started shaking the check engine light came on. I took it into St Anthony Mobil without an appointment and they did the diagnostic test for the check engine light r... view moreight away while I watched. (I have actually paid $115 for this same test at another place, so I was partly thrilled to have them do it at no charge and partly horrified that I had once paid so much for it.) The mechanic asked if the problem occurred while it was raining and when I said yes, he sprayed water on the spark plug wires. Sure enough, the same shaking started again. Turns out I had a cracked spark plug wire, and it was quick, easy, and inexpensive to replace. The highlights of this shop include: - He showed me exactly what he was doing (with the check engine light test and spraying water on the plugs). I could see for myself what was going on, he had nothing to hide and I felt I could trust these mechanics. - Got my car in right away with no appointment and had it ready for me the same day. - Gave me a free loaner car while they did the work. - Affordable and avoided additional unnecessary work. I asked if I needed to replace the spark plugs along with the wires and was told ""No, you don`t need to do that yet. In another 10,000 miles you can do that."" - Friendly and courteous.

Competent service that you can trust.

We`ve been using St. Anthony Mobil for over 8 years. Roger has hired a highly competent group of mechanics and I trust them when they talk about hte service I need. They`ve even told me when I don`t need service, or if I should seek warrantee work at the dealer. I`ve sent many friends there too.
