Don`t Ever Go Here :/

Before going to BLM did a lot of research on internet and found like 10 cars on carsdotcom, yahoo auto and craigslist under Bloomington Lincoln. But alas!! They had only one car out of all the cars which was posted on net. What a dissapointment!!! I got home and did another search on internet to see if people bought all those cars last night while l was sleeping.....well not really!!! They were all there!!!!! Be care... view moreful! They over post the cars which they do not have. I heard that their financing is such a rip off too. So save your money and never go there!!!!

Go and ask for Renaldo. Best sales guy around. Alot of lip service, but if you hold him to what he says, he comes through. Service department is stellar. Go right to them with your issues, they despise the ""other side"".

Be Warned!

If you desire good customer service, DON`T GO HERE!
The sales and finance dept. all had ""answers (insert excuses or lies) for every question we asked.
They were rude and clearly were rushing the process in order to make the sale.
I drove one block away and my spouse noticed a headlight was out, and a service button came on, on the dash. I contacted them only to hear that there is nothing they can do or some... view more flimsy excuse to try and reason the problem away.
They are ONLY INTERESTED IN THE SALE!!

Bloomington Lincoln Mercury has a WIDE selection of vehicles. I was unsure of which model to get but the staff was very helpful on narrowing my choices down. They were very knowledgeable on the vehicles they have on the lot that they were selling to me.
