HORRIBLE service. Long story short, we brought my wife`s car to them as they stated they would repair it under warranty if we paid another $100+ for a scan on a recalled airbag part that was replaced once and went bad again on her 2002 Acura. They lied and never covered the part or the scan and we got nothing but runaround from the dealership and Acuta corporate. I will never buy another Acura period and would not... view more but ANY vehicle from White Bear Acura!!! Stay away if you expect a dealer and company to follow through with promises.

I bought my about a year ago and Aruther who did my paper work for me did a GREAT job. but the other people that works there, isn`t that good. I wanted over an hour in the office for the fincial worker who has to process my loan that has already been preapprove for the car through my bank. I wanted over an HOUR in the middle of winter because he had someone come in before me but when i was there, that person wasn`t e... view moreven there yet. It was a waste of my time! a year later, i needed my car to be worked on. the flue sensor isn`t working and i called them the first time, said i would have to pay for them to look at it. i called around and other people told me that my car should be cover under bumper to bumper warrenties and i called back to the dealer ship the second time... asked if my car was still cover, they said yes, i said, something is wrong and they asked why and after everything, they said. bring the car in... so because of how you ask your questions. they will take every little penny from you! no doubt!

Awful service

Our car keys were stolen and we had to have our whole car re-keyed. We ordered parts from them and made an appointment to have the car rekeyed two days after they said the parts were in. We got to our scheduled appointment and waited over an hour before someone came out and told us that the parts weren`t in yet, and had to reschedule for a week later. They quoted us at $400 for parts, $100 for labor, but when I b... view morerought the car in the second time, they re-quoted labor as $600! in addition to the $400 parts we had already ordered from them. Every time we called, there was complete chaos on the other end of the line. I am SO unhappy with their aptitude, attitude, and apparent inability to make a reasonable estimate! We live near the WB subaru, but from now on will drive to Bloomington to get the car worked on, and will go out of my way to discourage people from using the WB service center. AVOID WB`s SERVICE CENTER unless you totally want to have your mental will-power and pocketbook drained.
