This is the most dishonest it can get from Maaco Franchise..
I took my FORD ESCAPE which was involved in an accident. Before the repair my insurance took photos of damages. They told me it would be done on the Friday (3 days after). I called on Friday see where things are at. They said it is not going to be done until Monday.
The worst part was, when I pick up the truck on Monday...one of the fender got what appears to be ""pushed-in"" dent. I ask them why don`t they fi... view morex this? they told me that it was not on the insurance report. I said it wasn`t like this when I came in. This becomes a problem as the whole to bring the truck in was to get it repair not causing more damage by their workers. The insurance picture clearly appear to free from any other issues hence the apprisal didn`t include in the estimate work. So pretty much Maaco fukked up the damage and pretended it was pre-existing. The insurance had a fight with them...but eventually they wanted me to open another case. I say no, not with Maaco.
Bad customer service, bad workers, lies, and dishonest. Very poor, unprofessional. Stay AWAY!!

I`d pay 3 times as much to avoid working with people like this again.
I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon and was told that they might not be able to finish the car up before the weekend (a holiday weekend and the following Monday they were closed as well). I was told that it would likely be done Thursday the next week. Even though it would mean an entire week without my car, I was okay with it. It was Wednesday of the next week (1 day before my car was supposed to be done... view more) that I got a phone call saying ""we have to wait for parts fo come in, and they won`t get here until Monday"". (keep in mind that they have now had my car for one whole week and are just now telling me that they are waiting on parts) I asked if I could have my car until the parts came in and they said it was all torn apart so I would have to wait. I was also told that my car was ""first in line"" and would be done as soon as the parts came in. Wonderful. At this point I had to get a rental car which cost me about $40/day. I am told it should only take a few days to finish up once they get the part on Monday.
Monday I called and they said they received the part and that my car would be painted by Wednesday and ready to pick up by Thursday.
Wednesday at 5:00 I call them (they have had 2 full days to work on my car) and nobody answers my call, but I need to hear from them so I know if I should keep my rental car or not. I drive over there. The door is still unpainted, and one of my BRAND NEW TIRES looks flat. They say that they didn`t drive my car anywhere. It was definitely not flat when I brought it there. I do not hear from then again Thursday and I call to see what the deal is. It won`t be done until Friday they tell me. I`m given some story about how adhesives had to dry before they could paint it. I`m also told that the guy who was working on my car has several cars to work on during the day...so much for ""first in line"".
They offered me nothing more than an apology, what good does that do after 2 weeks of inconvenience?
