Unfortunate customer service

I tried them out because they advertise themselves as specialists on Acuras. After three days with my car, I was contacted to pay over the phone because the owner had to leave early that day. First time customer and I never met the guy who worked on my car. Didn`t offer absolute resolutions to my problems....just suggestions (""Pull the emergency brake up and back down while you`re driving and see if the brake lig... view moreht goes off"")....really? I hate that because, as a female, I`m always initially sketchy of new mechanics. This didn`t help.
