No One Can Beat Blue Tow!

My car broke down on 35W (about 2 hours from home) in Lino Lakes a week ago. I called the police department and was referred to Blue Tow Service. Within 15 minutes Mark was there to my rescue. Mark was super nice and he was friendly! We talked all the way to Rice Lake, Wisconsin and it was like I knew him my entire life! He was great! Just fine! and very fast respectful

I went into the ditch on 35w and Hwy 10 just a month ago and i had no cell phone with me at the time, so i panicked and i had no idea what to do i was sitting in my car waiting for someone to drive by and hope the stopped to help but i was sitting there for about 10 minuets or so and i seen this truck pull up and turn his lights on, I was amazed a nice young fellow walked up to the window and stated that the state p... view moreatrol had called him out to rescue me. I was ecstatic at that point, So i asked him how much it would be and he gave a rough est and i said that was fine. So he proceeded to gently pull my car out and he had me roll my window down so i could hear him we talked a bit and he hooked my car up and got me out! Ok at this time a trooper pulled up and i was in the tow truck paying the bill the trooper came up asked a couple questions then he also left, and to my surprise the est he gave me was 125 so i figured it would have been that, But when the time came the driver states to me that the bill was 85 and tax i was so very surprised by this and i asked him i thought it was 125 and he stated that it was a very easy pull out and that I was a pleasant man to deal with! Now mind you this is my first experience with ANY towing company and i asked if all the towing company`s where this nice, And he just laughs and says well we all have our good and bad days, RESPECT is the key word here im just doing my job and try to be as helpful as i can possibly be in your bad situation! And that my friends is my story i thought i would share with you please take all the reviews with a grain of salt people are rude and the guy who did a review wants a discount for ""His New Tires"" on his car, Jesus are you kidding me? take them with you if there so fantastic! and to the person who stated that living next to a driver who pulls stumps and supposedly has domestic violence calls, I`m sure if we really know our neighbors skeletons in there closets we would not want to know them at all.... Just my 2 cents and stop whining about everything just be respectful and everything will work out in the end for the better!! I WOULD CALL THEM ANYTIME I NEEDED A TOW!!

Absolute Robbery

Blue Tow was called by the police to tow my car after I was in a serious car accident. These guys charged me $200 to tow my car less than half a mile. On top of the ridiculous rates they charge, the driver was an absolute jerk. I would recomend never ever using Blue Tow`s services, save yourself the trouble of dealing with jerks, and save yourself some money.

ripoff

a realitive of mine went into a ditch with my car the cops called blue tow they got the car i went to pay for the damages they charged me over $500.00 dollars and did not drop the price for scrap. i said the car is worth somne scrap price but he yelled at me and said you will pay me all this money today.
These people do not have any respect and are very unprofesional.
I hope no one uses tis company.

Ridiculous

These people allow random (not their own) tow trucks in among other peoples` vehicles. So if your car gets scratched up, they better have damn good liability insurance. They dolly vehicles that don`t need to be, pick up a vehicle four miles from their office, get it out 10 minutes later and charge over $200.00 for it. Vehicle has a four wheel option, no dolly needed. They are blood suckers charging for unneccessa... view morery items. Highway Robery

I was in a accident yesterday and they want to charge me $214 for the tow, and give absoulutely nothing for my car even though it has 4 brand new tire a new starter a new battery and other than the front left and front ent has lots of salvageable parts. Freeway towing says they would have done it for $125 and givin me $75 for the car and then I could take the tires if I wanted before they scrapped it

great people

the company listed has a driver working for them that has been charged twice for spouse abuse.he ripped a stump out of the ground with the tow truck. he has gotten in fights with his neighbors.and he is allowed to throw garbage into other peoples driveways and when the neighbors call nothing is done about it. so if you want your car towed go ahead and call blue tow. the company is police and city protected.
