I bought a nissan Maxima from this place a month ago. There were several mistakes in the paperwork and they called me to go there again, because they gave me the wrong APR. They only gave me one key for the car and didn`t have the decency to buy another key for us $240. couple of weeks later, i checked the Air filter, this nasty old air filter came out which was never changed, that shows that they never even looked a... view moret the car and sold it as they bought it. I changed the oil right away. One more thing, never ever put on a deposit for a car. They asked me for a 500 dollar deposit and i gave them a 100 dollars, my biggest mistake. Never going back there. I urge you not to go there either. I had a survey call from them a month later and I complained but nothing. I am placing this review everywhere I can.

My boyfriend and I purchased a vehicle through them back in December 2011. Because I was trading in my vehicle and he was taking out a loan for the rest of the vehicle we wanted both names on the title. The salesman said that was not an issue, so we bought the vehicle. However, four months later when we received our title my name was not on it. So, I called and was told this would be fixed, and that they would call m... view moree the next day to confirm. Yet, they never did call me back, nor did they return my NUMEROUS correspondents. Finally, two months later I contacted the General Manager and he told me that I would have never been put on the title because the loan wasn`t in my name--a very different answer than what we were told when purchasing this vehicle. Following this further, they were completely unapologetic for the fact that we were lied to, and manipulated into buying this car. Now we have to go back into the DMV and repay the sales tax and title fee to put my name on the title. In all, this place is an unethical, and rather pathetic place to do business through. Please do your research and go somewhere else.

New Ultima
My wife and I had a Nissan Sentra and we were reared by a Rav 4. Our Nissan was totaled but we escaped with just bruises and strains.
We were thinking about a new Sentra or Ultima to replace it.
We were also thinking about leasing a new car, something we had never done before.
I spoke to Aarron on the phone and set a time to meet with him.

He was very patient with us and spent a lot of time listening to us and explaining answers to our questions. When we wanted to drive another car he quickly located the car and brought it up for us to try.
We never felt pressured and were very comfortable as we went through the proccess of decieding on the car we wanted.
Once we decieded on the car we wanted Aaron patiently explained leasing vs buying to us and helped us deciede which was best for us. Again, we felt no pressure.
We finally decieded on leasing a nicely appointed Altima and were thrilled that Aaron had showed us how we could afford this beautiful car!
In summary: Terrific, helpful, patient sales person, wide selection of cars, plenty of purchase/lease options, and no pressure! Great experience!!

Great Experience for BOTH purchases!
6 months ago we purchased a Murano from Chong at Kline Nissan so when it came time to purchase my new car we knew we would return to Kline.
We spoke frequently with Chong over a few weeks to map out exactly what I wanted in my car and he was able to have a few ready for me to look at when we got there.
We had an appointment time set so we didn`t even have to wait for a salesmen to be ready.

To date 2 of my other friends have purchased with Chong and my parents are next!

Fantastic Service
The service I got from this dealership was great. I never felt pressured to purchase and could not have asked for a better experience! Adam was great and the rest of the team was helpful, through, and made sure to get me in and out in time to get to work! I will certainly be recommending them to my friends and family!

Experience at Kline Nissan
I have always found Kline Nissan`s service department to be to notch with friendly and helpful service managers and technicians. But, the purchase of my new 2012 Altima was my best experience yet. Wow what a service. We just went there to check how much they are going to give for my existing vehicle and ended up buying a new vehicle. Not only we got a better deal for my existing vehicle we got the new vehicle at a great price. When I was in a process of looking for a Nissan Rouge, I called several Nissan dealers in the State and Kline Nissan impressed me from the moment my call was answered.
