TERRIBLE place to buy a car!
This place sold me a car WITHOUT an interior light then when I just called to get it fixed - one of their car salesman YELLED at me about when I ""missed my appointment to get the light fixed"" I WAS NEVER CALLED ABOUT AN APPOINTMENT and after playing phone-tag with these bozos for TWO WEEKS now and never getting a call back and he YELLS at me for something that`s THEIR fault?? The same car also possibly has transmis... view moresion issues AND THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT because (word for word from the salesman`s mouth) ""You bought a used car...""
Excuse me?! Doesn`t mean you can sell me a USED CAR that the transmission is going out!
In short - there`s a reason why their prices are so low. Steer (literally!) clear of this place! They`re awful!
I personally recommend Long`s Auto on Rice Street! A bit more expensive but worth it because their cars are fixed to above-par standards and will last a long time. If you`re unsatisfied with anything, they will fix it on their own dime and they won`t blatantly scream at you for something that`s their fault.

Great experience
This was a great car buying experience. More than fair trade-in and great price. Thanks!

Never buy a car from these guys!
I bought a Subaru from them and after THEIR mechanic broke a piece of the dash off, they wanted to make ME feel bad about it. Story: I needed them to put in new bulbs for the odemeter because I said I wouldn`t buy it otherwise-they complied. Their mechanic cracked the plastic cover on the odemeter trying to do it. After asking them to replace it they said ""I`m costing them money and they did not have to agree to do... view more it in the first place."" This is rediculous and rude. After going back and fourth with these brothers who can`t communicate with eachother let alone ME as a customer, I walked away with a broken dash and had to pay to get it fixed myself. NEVER BUY FROM THEM- Oh and they used to work for Hecker-I should have known better after knowing that.
