Great Shop

I would recommend this shop because of the great service at a fair price. They told me exactly what was wrong with my diesel truck and got me back on the road in no time. They called me before they did any of the repairs and let me make the decision after they explained my options. Honest shop

I just moved to Elk River and did not know where to take my car, I decided to check some of the local businesses out and found Streamline Automotive. Dave explained everything in terms that I could understand but the best part was he did it in such a way that I acctually understood what truly was wrong with my car and what I need to start keeping my eyes on. I was treated so repectfully and had such a friendly expe... view morerience. What else is wonderful about Streamline, is that they do not try to up sell you things that you do not need, they told me everything that they found that was wrong with my car and explained what needed to be fixed first and what things I could fix down the road. Dave called me with the cost of the repairs before starting the work on my car, so that I could decide what work I could afford at that time. The biggest thing for me was Dave`s exact phrase "It is not my job to spend your money or to tell you how to spend it." It was so nice to have someone who didn`t force me to fix something when I couldn`t afford it. Streamline is an honest shop who truly care about their customers and respect what decisions you make on the repairs for your care with no pressure to spend or fix things that don`t need fixing. New Owner!

This shop is under new owners, and I really like them! They are really knowledgeable about a wide variety of vehicles, and Dave and Ricky don`t pressure you. They explain what`s wrong, what needs to be fixed, what can or cannot wait, and how much it`ll be. Their rates are really reasonable and posted up front. An honest mechanic!

I can`t say enough about the great service I have received from this garage. The new owner that took over last year has made a lot of improvements to this shop. They are honest in their appraisal of what needs to be fixed. They will tell you if there is something to watch for, but they don`t pressure you into unnecessary work. My car is fixed when they say it will be and their rates are very reasonable. I have h... view moread work previously done at dealerships and paid 2-3 times as much. I won`t go anywhere else for my auto repair needs now.
