Simplest Car Buying Ever!!
This is our 4th purchase from Walser (3rd from Walser Mazda specifically) and will never go anywhere else again! Have tried others, but none compare.
Taylor and Scott took great care of us this time around :) Very personable and engaged in the sales relationship, listened well to what we wanted and delivered perfectly. They were both great at explaining all of the features the CX-9 had to offer.
On top of that ... view morewe got a better price on my trade in than I expected to get and they did a great job researching the trade in value with multiple sites and showing me how they got their figures. Even the financing part wasn`t so bad, never felt pressured to make a decision.
I always recommend Walser to my friends and family!

Top of the line!!!
The absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. PERIOD. Samantha Sittlow was the most genuine and friendly person I have ever purchased a car from. She was supremely knowledgeable and made my wife and I feel totally comfortable right from the get go! She listened to what I had to say and found me the perfect vehicle! Sleazy
My wife bought a used Mazda 3 from these guys a year ago. The car was fine -- except that they listed on the window sticker that it had a 6 cd changer. It didn`t, and when she realized that she called up and asked about it. They stonewalled her and eventually said it was her fault and she should have known better. (Maybe, but she didn`t). They called up for a follow-up ""hope you`re satisfied with your experience cal... view morel"" which led to another round of discussions about this...but again stonewalled.
Bottom line, they were patronizing and dishonest. Sleazy, sleazy.

Amazing
I can`t imagine my visit to Walser Mazda in Burnsville going any better. It was remarkable how much fun everyone was having to try and get me into the right vehicle. Samantha Sittlow was amazing at how much information she had on each vehicle there, made the car buying process go so smoothly. Highly recommend Samantha, and the rest of the staff at Walser Mazda to everyone, they know what they`re doing.

Excellent Experience
Recently, my wife and I visited Walser Mazda in Burnsville to look at the Mazda3. Five hours later we drove home in a new Mazda6. The combination of value, dealer knowledge, and convenient servicing location helped make this purchase an easy decision.
Our salesperson - Scott Myers - was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, very well educated on the Mazda products. We also received a relatively fair value for our trade-in.

Great Service Folks!
We had the most wonderful experience at Walser Burnsville Mazda on June 17th. We had family fly in from Mexico, Texas, and California the day before for our wedding festivities on Saturday the 19th. We had decided to entertain the family by tubing down the Cannon River out of Welch Village. Disaster struck and we lost the keys in the river. Everything was locked in my Mazda CX-9, our phones and our purses/wallets... view more. It was a nightmare. I called the one number I could remember, my folks, from the tubing shack. Thankfully when web called Walser Burnsville Mazda, it was Nick Halvorsen who picked up the phone. What a wonderful asset his is to your dealership. He made time for my several phone calls and asked that we do what we could to make it out ASAP. The tow truck driver got us out there as soon as he could. It was closing time, but Nick made time for us. Nick wanted be sure that I could have my vehicle for wedding set-up the next morning. Everyone worked so hard and fast, we couldn?ˆ™t believe how quickly everyone was moving! Before we knew it we were out of there.
I?ˆ™m sure you?ˆ™ve heard it many times, but I wanted to say it again. Your staff at Walser Burnsville Mazda blew us away. They were so friendly and hard working. We were VERY impressed.
Please consider honoring Nick Halvorsen for a job well done. Without him, our wedding would not have been the same! Because of his hard work and dedication to his customer, we were able to get out to the wedding site first thing the next morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
