I took my car in to this deale...

I took my car in to this dealership for some minor work. After their hands on multi-point inspection and computer diagnosis, they came back with quite a detailed list of what was wrong with the car. I was surprised that part of the diagnosis was that my car needed a transmission. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop said it could not be a transmission. They put my spare on the left fron... view moret replacing a seemingly good tire. After driving it they took me for a ride. There was no noise and it did not need a transmission. It was a bad left front tire that was causing the problem. Burnsville Volkswagen wanted to charge me thousands for a new transmission when it was a bad tire. They are either inept or dishonest. I will never go back and will tell everybody that I can about this incident.

Horrible - worst experience with a dealership ever!

We had bought a used car from Luther and they supposedly have this great warranty, but they don`t actually honor it. We have a door lock that will not work with the automatic locks. Luther looked at it, and decided it was too expensive for them to fix without an OK from the higher-ups, which they never sought and never fixed. The AC has since crapped out, and now the car will not start unless it is jumped. All of... view more these things are checked off on their list of things that their mechanics checked and approved as working, yet they wouldn`t fix, even though their warranty says they will. They are only in it for the money and do not care at all about their customers. They only got 1 star because that`s the lowest I could give, but really, I think they owe me stars instead.
