I would like to recognize the superior service that Jerrod of the Burnsville MN shop has provided for us on many occasions, but particularly on the last two where we were stranded and needed immediate help. His folks normally provide maintenance and information on the health of our vehicles, but when the fuel pump went out leaving us on the side of the road, they immediately arranged a tow truck and got us going aga... view morein in short order. Also, when the transmission went out on our other vehicle, they diagnosed the problem for free, and provided a couple options to get us back on the road. Thank you for saving me money!!

When I found myself dealing with the possibility of either a new car, or having my transmission rebuilt I was sick to the tummy. My car is an Acura with only 93,000 miles on it. This isn`t supposed to happen this early in the cars life, but it did. Jon and Steve at Aamco Burnsville Transmission gave not only gave me the pros and cons of both decisions, but when I decided to have it rebuilt, they saved me nearly on... view moree thousand dollars from what the dealership had estimated. Their work was done in a timely manner, and I now have my car back and running fabulous. Recently I had another question about my car, and I was able to call Jon and get his advice yet again. I feel comfortable knowing I finally have a reliable mechanic in my area who will treat me fairly and with respect.
