I broke down in Baker La. and ...

I broke down in Baker La. and Netterville`s Auto were the only shop to help me after hours , I was able to contact there answering service which dispatched a tow truck to me within 30 minutes, the driver then advised me that the service facility would not be open until 8:00 a.m. the following morning and the manager would get with me the next morning . I was O.K. with that , especially since the driver made shure tha... view moret my family and I were safe and off the side of the road for the evening , he even gave us a ride to the nearest hotel which was outstanding of him and something he was not obligated to do. The following morning I recieved a call from Miquel ( service manager) explaining what happened and what it would take to resolve my problem , In turn I needed a new alternator , By 10:50 a.m. our car was delivered to the hotel repaired ! I found that to be awsome ! The total bill was only $168.90 which I also found to be awsome . And guess What , they didn`t even charge for the tow , when I called Miquel to ask why we were not charged ,he stated that towing is free with service . I can clearly see why these guys have been in business for over 37 years and still going strong !!!!! If the Nettervilles guys are ever in Jackson Mississippi dinner is on me !!!!!
