WORST DEALERSHIP EVER DEAL WITH...BE WARNED
In all my years of doing business with various auto dealerships this by far the WORSE service I have ever received!
We purchased a used vehicle for my son who is in college from them some months back...no problems.
I brought my own car to them due to transmission problems and actually had no problems with the car.
Approximately 3 -4 weeks after the transmission issue, I brought my vehicle in for rep... view moreair because the car was overheating. Upon picking it up my car with my husband, who was in a different vehicle, my husband motioned for me to roll down my window. He told me to take at look at the rear side of the car. The car had been smashed in on the driver`s side rear panel. We immediately asked the service manager to step outside and see the car. He indicated that his auto body man was not there that day (Saturday) and he asked us to return the following Monday, which we did.
The long and short of this is they refused to repair the damage that occured while the vehicle was in their care. They stated the following reasons:
1. They aren`t set up to separte vehicles from the public and therefore can`t protect vehicles in their care or in their parking lot. They also stated it is no different than if I had parked my vehicle in a Wal-Mart parking lot, although they parked my vehicle in their parking lot.
2. They have a sign hanging up stating that they aren`t responsible for damage to cars left in their care.
3. My car is an older model (2003)...had it been like new they would have considered repairing the damage.
4. They were nice to my husband when he was fussing with them about the damage.
5. That`s why I have insurance. (Why should I pay the deductible?) That`s what they have insurance for.
I called the dealership back today and asked for the General Manager and the Sales Manager who identified himself as the Genreal Manager then actually tried to sell me a car for at least 10 mins!
I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again and I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. After all, according to them, they are not responsible for vehicles left in their care.

don`t shop here
I bought a Mercedes C class from this dealership in Aug of last year. Within first week I had it towed in at my expense. Over the next 2 weeks I had it towed in 2 more times before it was fixed properly. Now I am told that they do not have a certified Mercedes mechanic on staff to do servicing. Taking it to New Orleans.

Horrible Service
Do not bring your vehicle into Rainbow Chrysler. They are horrible. Did more damage to my vehicle than it went in with.
