Bewar of K and I tire

I will not be going back to K and I tire. My husband was returning from a deployment, and I needed a little bit of work done on his car. I asked the front desk if it would be okay for his car to be parked there for a week or so until he got back. The lady assured me that it was fine. After the service was done on my husbands truck I promptly went in there and paid for it, and made sure again that it would be fine. I ... view moremade sure that they had my cell, my home, and my work number. When my husband and I went in there to pick it up, the owner was incredibly rude to us, and told us that we are lucky that he did not tow it. I explained to him that the front desk lady had said that it was fine, and I even gave her my numbers so they could call if there was a problem. He just scoffed at me, and continued to be rude, saying that he needed those parking spaces. K and I use to be a very friendly place, and we have taken all of our cars there for 4.5 years, but not anymore. After we picked up the car at K and I we went to another place in Leesville to get it safety inspected (we were not going to give anymore money to K and I) and the people at that establishment were so much nicer, and actually seemed thankful for our business. I am glad that K and I was so rude, and treated us so poorly, or I would have never found this new place.

I would highly reccomend staying away from K and I unless you like getting treatly rudely.

As far as the actual workmanship, they did not do half of the things that they did not do everything that we wanted, and we will have to take the car elsewhere.
