This place is garbage!! We scheduled to have two vehicles cleaned the week after thanksgiving 2011. No one from the company ever showed up or even called to reschedule. After MANY, MANY attempts, we were finally able to reach someone and rescheduled to have two vehicles detailed on 12/17/2011. When the person (Jordan) arrived he was only prepared to detail one vehicle and refused to do the second one. At the end of t... view morehe appointment, he only detailed the inside of one vehicle. After Jordan left we found out that the inside of the vehicle smelled like a ?ˆ?wet dog?ˆ? and that there was overspray on the windshield and the speedometer glass. It was by far the worst detail I have ever experienced. The smell had not subsided to this day!!We called Jordan and he said he did not notice the smell and completely overlooked our concern. He finally said that his boss, the owner ?ˆ?Glenn Hebert?ˆ? would come on the next scheduled appointment and remedy the problems. We scheduled the appointment and of course no one showed on that date either. Also no one called to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Since this time, I have called the company many many many times and the receptionist tells me each time that she will have Glenn Hebert, the owner return my call. It is now January and Glenn Hebert still has not returned my call to address the horrible job that his company has performed. I am not sure why he is not willing to call a customer that is not satisfied.
