In early January, My wife`s car started to make a squealing noise in the engine area. She brought the car to Keith`s. The FIRST time they had it, they changed the pulley and belt. The noise was gone and everyone was happy. However, a short time later ( a week or so) the noise returned - exactly as it was before we brought it. The SECOND time they had the car they changed the alternator. I didn`t think that particular... view more part would cause a noise like that, but I`m no mechanic, so ok. Well, TWO DAYS later the noise is back, this time worse than ever! This THIRD TIME, I followed my wife to the shop to find out exactly what was going on. After waiting several minutes (all the employees could probably see that we weren`t happy) Keith himself appears. The first thing he said was "it sounds worse than it did before." I agreed and told him that we were now $600.00 and 3 trips into this repair and the problem has only gotten worse. He then said that he kept the old alternator to which I replied; "Good, because it seems like the car didn`t need it." At that point I was told "not to cop an attitude!" Also, that he would just `walk away if I did." So, it seems that not only does Keith not know how to fix a car, he also has no idea about customer service!!!! Avoid this shop at all costs!

Finally, an Auto Repair Shops` SHOP!

After getting hosed from a few repair shops, it`s refreshing to see a shop that cares for it`s customers by providing great service, a job well done at a very reasonable price. The place is welcoming, clean and quaint, very professional. Comfortable waiting room with Wi-Fi.
