My car was hit on airline and was towed to riverside collision ( closest one near by). after it was in there for over the estimated time I had to take it back 3 additional times to have things corrected ranging from paint problems to mechanical problems that would have been fixed the 1st time. After the 3rd time I just started fixing things myself. 1st round they wouldn`t replace the front hub that I pointed out wo... view moreuld be bad due to when I was hit the tie rod went thru the rim and mashed in the suspension, when I got it back the hub was squeaking so I took it back and after complaining about it they fixed that but when I got it back the CV joint was cut and slinging grease everywhere. ( they also still had to fix some paint problems when it came back in) then I get it back and find out that they changed the axle but were too cheap to put a new $5 axle seal with then new axle so I had a nice little oil puddle on the ground from the axle. I was fed up with the place and just fixed it myself. after I took it in to have the alignment checked because it handled funny come to find out it was all out of wack on both sides (this was after they said an alignment was done and it was on the bill). There were still flaws in the paint by this time but as I said I was done with that place. Fast forward a year and a half later I have a few little rock chips in the front ( just normal ones here and there from good ole construction on I-10) but one of them the clear coat has flaked of in about an inch direction all around it and is spreading. I made the dreadful drive to their place since it was suppose to have a lifetime warranty on the paint. but just as I figured they said sorry but see that little rock chip at the bottom that caused it and wasn`t their fault. But they would fix it for about $375. I asked why it was spreading and she said it was not the same as factory paint and that`s what happens. Never again at Rivertown Collision Center in Kenner, LA
