Poor customer service

I cost me an additional 125$ to fix that the service bay broke when I had my vehicle serviced here. They forgot to reconnect my radiator hoses after a simple tune up. When I complained, the management did not even talk to the employee who worked on the vehicle, he denied emphatically that they even touched the part ( even thought it is impossible to change the spark plugs when the radiator reservoir is in place ). ... view more The management should have came out to my vehicle to look at the problem instead of denying it flat out. That just makes them look read bad when they do not know the facts about a vehicle when they deny problems.
