I have never been more disappo...

I have never been more disappointed in any business as much as Auto Body Specialist. My wife and I were referred to this shop by the insurance company for a hit and run. We dropped the family SUV off to have the repairs done and that is when the trouble started. They fixed the body of the SUV fairly quickly but then it sat in paint for two and a half weeks. We called each week and it was always something different... view more. The last week before we picked it up they said that a window had been broken and they would have to wait for the glass to be replaced the following week. I was contacted by the front office the following week and was told the SUV was ready but the back was wet and it had a musky odor. I went immediately up there to investigate. When I got there I was told that the wetness and the odor was from some previous work that had been on the SUV. I was told that the brake housing on top of the spoiler was the cause of the problem. When I pointed out the fact that the SUV had not had a leak before we put it in I was called a liar. I open the SUV and the strong unmistakable odor of cat urine caused my eyes to water. I told the gentleman at the front desk that this was unacceptable. He stated that the leak could be fixed for a price. I was dumbfounded and very angry. After much arguing he agreed to fix the leak but stated that the smell was my responsible. After speaking with my lawyer I found that I had little recourse for the damages they had caused because it was a my word against his. The only good thing I have to say about these guys was that the work on the body looked great. I will never use these guys again and I hope that no one else does either.

Autobody specialist

Wow! These people are great! They are all so professional. The work was awesome. I couldn`t remember which fender was hit and certainly couldn`t find it after the repair. It`s nice to know I won`t be losing money on trade in. I dare anyone to find evidence pod a wreck on my car.
