Worst customer service ever

Customer service at the Clearview Firestone is absolutely horrible. I called and spoke to Mike. He spoke to me in a tone that was very disrespectful and rude. He made me feel like he was in a hurry to hang up the phone. After I described to him my problem, Mike said, ""...... so what`s your question?"" I`m like WTFFF?!? He wouldn`t let me finish talking, etc. I`m not sure if all of the representatives treat their cus... view moretomers that way but Mike definitely needs to see a telephone doctor. I hope Mike is not the one helping me when I bring my car in... I`m so upset because this place is right near my house and I would hate to go to another place. I bought all my tires here in the past and the customer service was great... not sure what happened to Mike though.
