I booked a tow and they told me 1-1.5 hours. Over 4 hours later they still hadn`t arrived and I was stuck in the rain. Go somewhere else.

Are you kidding? I know it`s a different pace down South, especially Louisiana, but these guys are ridiculous. My Navigator broke down and I got it to a gas station. I called Guy`s Towing to have the vehicle picked up, exchanged information & payment arrangements. I was told it would be done right away. I got a cab home and made arrangements to get the car repaired the next day. When I called Guy`s towing to tell... view more them where to send my car, I was told they had never picked it up! The girl on the phone was obviously overwhelmed with answering a phone AND having to deal with another customer in the office. She had me on hold 10 minutes before taking my call! I was told that the person who helped me, Jason, just probably forgot because they were too busy. No apologizes of any kind! Meanwhile the gas station had the car impounded! These guys are a JOKE!!!
