For service, this is one of the best dealerships. We have purchased many vehicles over the last 12 yrs from here and even though sales are not the same, since some changes, service is still A1. They always give great service at fair prices and go the extra mile. If Steve leaves as head of service, we will follow him.

BUYER BEWARE

Last year I made a decision to purchase a truck from Northpark Nissan. The one requirement that I had was that I wanted the truck to have a towing package on it. The salesman pointed out the "tow mode " and assured me that the truck met my requirements. A week or so later I learned that the truck was not as advertised and it did not have a toe package on it at all, just a few add-ons to make it appear so... view more. I figured it was as much my fault for trusting them to deliver on what was promised with out verifying. Less than 2 years later the truck is burning oil and having problems....I called Northpark gave them the information of the problem and the age of the truck as well as the miles I was asked to bring it in that it was under the power train warrenty..When I took it to NOrthpark was informed that the truck was out of warranty and that they could look at it but if it needed to be taken apart I would be responsible foe any costs. When I talked to the sales manager he tried to make things right by selling me another truck!!!! In my opinion they are only concerned about the sale will say or do anything to get the sale then DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER AFTER THAT..,, unless it is to make another sale.......buyer beware!!!!
