SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE!

I cannot speak for the other reviewers, but I can tell you that the service personnel at Mercedes-Benz has always been excellent. Believe me, I have spent at least $2k-3k with them so far. Dan Delaney and Stacey Sams have helped me countless times. (Yes, I know them by name!) For example, I recently went in there for an oil change, and they worked me into their schedule even though I didn`t have an appointment. These individuals, who I would like to name, literally destroyed my oil filter housing and didn`t warranty the work. The people at Moss backed me up, going out of their way to provide documentation and back up my claims with the credit card company. I actually live in Texas now, and have lived in other places where the service is horrible, and this place is an EXAMPLE TO ALL DEALERSHIPS. I have even gone in there complaining quite a few times, and they have taken my bashing with utter grace and dignity. SERVICE personnel work very hard because no one wants to spend money on fixing their car, so please don`t be swayed by other comments. Also, my mother recently went in there to buy a Mercedes-Benz C300, and they were extremely flexible with her on her trade-in. I will say her circumstances were special, but it`s nice to know that they DO NEGOTIATE unlike other dealerships.

Moss Motors Sucks

Please, Please, Please do not buy a car from there. This was my first car I bought from them and I just knew I purchased the extended warranty on the car but they are stating that I didnt. They have no record of me purchasing it. What is so crazy is they asked me if I paid for it off of a side. So that was shady. Why would I not purchase extended warranty on an almost brand new car. I do not recommend the Honda service center. The staff could benefit from customer service training. Avoiding them will be the primary reason to shop other dealers for my next car.
