All I can say things have changed since old man price passed away. The first time I bought my 06 vehicle from Price Leblanc it was a fantastic experience. Well, last night was a different story. I felt very insulted and not taken serious at all. The finance manager refused to give me figures. I have my financing pre arranged with my bank just needed numbers. He refused. He never came face to face with myself or husb... view moreand just sent the salesman back to tell us that basically when we are ready to walk out the door with the new car then he will give us figures. Well my bank requires a purchase order. I don`t like games and the present owners need to look hard at the new business practices it will ruin what Old man price built. We are buying a 2013 Avalon just will not be from Price Leblanc.

Cutomer service

I called customer serive. The lady kept me on hold for 10 minutes to check for the part I need, then my phone was connected to her answer machine. Bad.

The best dealership in the Baton Rouge area!

I received excellent customer service while buying a car this month at Price LeBlanc Toyota on Airline. My sales person, Chad, was wonderful. I went into the dealership expecting the worst because I do not like Salesmen of any kind and I am a single young female. It was absolutely the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Great Service

Price LeBlanc Toyota Service Department really impressed me! The people who work there go above and beyond for their customers. I had a few questions about my car and not only was the service advisor very patient with me, her technician even took the time to explain to me the problem in terms that `I` could understand!! I am VERY impressed with them!!

Awesome!

My girlfriend needed a car, and quick! I heard great things all the time from past buyers of Price Leblanc Toyota so we made a visit. They weren`t lying when they said that the service is excellent, their choices are amazing, and their staff is very knowledgeable of the vehicles on their lot. Not to mention they will ALWAYS give you a great deal, free popcorn, and some great LeBlanc`s sausage with your purchase!

Exceptional Service!

I don`t always take the greatest care of my car. It`s got a bunch of dings and the inside is almost always really messy. Well, my car felt brand new to me after a trip to Price LeBlanc`s Service Department! The staff was professional, and made me feel right at home. They genuinely care about their customers and the vehicles they service.

I have never been to such a well run automotive dealership in all my years! The people are very nice and do not pressure you into a sale. They are very knowledgable of all the products.
