Worst Company EVER!!!

This company is VERY unprofessional!!! I called to have a passenger window installed and the ""certified"" technician, Mike, showed up with the wrong type of glass and had to drive all the way back to Metairie from Slidell only to install a window that had too much bow in it. Needless to say I called the company back to set up an appt for another window to be installed and the woman who answered had a baby SCREAMI... view moreNG in the background and sent a tech to my house the next day after I said several times that I would be at work. After finally setting up an attp to have a tech come to my home when I would actually be there, Mike (the tech), was supposed to be there at 9:00 and when 10:30 came around he still wasn`t there so I called home office again and they assured me that he would be there in 15 mins... He showed up 3 HOURS later with a glass with chips in it. I called the home office yet again to get a new window and see if maybe I could just get a different tech and they said they would call me back in the afternoon on Friday with an answer. Today is Monday and still no answer .So I just called them and asked to speak with the OWNER and instead had woman yelled at me and told me that she was the owner and later told me that if I wanted to speak with the owner tomorrow because ""he is at home puking his f***ing guts out"" and then proceeded to tell me to call his cell phone which she blurted out and I had wrote down and called immediately after SHE HUNG UP ON ME. If you choose to go with this company, god bless you.... These people are nuts!!!
