Reviews:
Well...they seem to be really nice, caring people (sales and service departments), but I seriously don`t think they know as much as they need to know about Chevys in the service department, and I`m almost positive they straight up lied to me.
I`ve got a 2003 Chevy Silverado pickup that I?ˆ™ve owned 10 years this August. About a year ago it stopped driving like a new truck (it has been a pretty awesome truck to own)... view more. It started shuddering at around 60-65, and would even back off the speed a little on its own, enough for me to immediately lighten up on the gas pedal, and I wouldn`t have been stomping on it in the first place. The check engine light would flash on & off, and sometimes it`d stay on, but mostly it`d go off once I stopped at a traffic light. This wasn`t every single time I`d go from stopped up to 60-65, but often enough to notice.
After several mishaps (one shop said my truck still drove like a new truck and there wasn`t anything wrong w/it; one changed the O2 sensor and did other work w/o my permission; another swindler shop serviced my fuel injection system for me)?ˆ¦but no change to my truck; I finally took the advice of a good friend and brought it to the Chevy dealership in town with the best reviews. I wanted a "Chevy dealership diagnosis" because it made sense that they would know the most about my truck. Now keep in mind that this is after having all kinds of suggested things done ?ˆ“ four new tires, the fuel injection system got serviced, new spark plugs & wires, new fuel filter, new O2 sensor, etc. (I think there`s more we did over the last year, but just not recalling it now...)
So we explain all this stuff to the service department. They keep it overnight and then tell us it`s definitely the fuel pump, so we let them change it. They call and say the mechanic has test driven it and it`s ready to pick up. When I pulled out of Supreme I didn`t stomp on it, but I did try to get up to Airline Highway speed (65 MPH)...it wasn?ˆ™t happenin! Not only did the same thing as always happen, but way worse ?ˆ“ it even backfired twice...so I did a U-turn right back.
After keeping it a few more days (almost a week total) and trying different things, Supreme finally tells us they found the problem and it is fixed. They said someone had left a clamp on one of the fuel injection wires inside the spider assembly, and that the 6th cylinder spark plug wire was not snapped in well.
First, no one has ever had to break down my truck to get to the spider assembly to leave a clamp in there (BS in other words); second, my BF had just checked those spark plug wires.
Since it seemed to run better when we left, I thought, whatever?ˆ¦ I kind of figured they found something truly elementary wrong with it and said all that stuff to cover charging $700 to replace a fuel pump that wasn?ˆ™t busted.
Well that was two days ago. Today I can tell that it will soon be as bad as it was before I brought it to Supreme. Whatever they did was only a bandaid.
I won?ˆ™t be taking it back because I don`t think those nice people will ever figure out what is wrong with my truck.
Too bad...I had planned on getting my new crew cab there...

High priced service
I had to go to Brian Harris Chevy to get the Brake Promotion, they said that my car was not eligible for that promo. Supreme was going to charge $250.00 instead of $99.00. I bought 4 cars from them, but that didn`t matter. No more will be bought from them!

Great Service Experience
I brought my 2010 Chevy HHR in for its 15k service. The staff at Supreme Chevrolet treated me like family and had me back on the road in no time at a great price.

Supreme Chevrolet
After I had my second child my Toyota Corolla wasn`t large enough to accommodate our growing family. You know how it is when you have kids...car seats and all of the other stuff that goes with it. My husband and I finally decided we had to get a new car. A new car wasn`t in our budget and quite frankly we were worried about how much car we could afford but the guys at Supreme Chevrolet were amazing. They had a huge s... view moreelection and we were able to purchase a great used SUV and still stay within our budget.

TERRIBLE service department
My family and I were always long-time customers at Supreme Chevrolet, we bought most all our vehicles from the dealership. However, when I took my car (that I bought from them) in for diagnostic and repair, I was charged $700 and the car continued to do the same exact thing it did before they ""fixed"" it. I informed them that the car was still not wanting to crank and was breaking down after they ""fixed it,"" and... view more after I was charged $700. They said to bring it in (and for me to pay for the tow!), so I got it back into them, they couldn`t find what was wrong with it, and sent me home in the car in the same condition! I ended up trading the car in to a completely different dealership and my family and I will never deal with them again.
