EXCELLENT AND HONEST SERVICE.

I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN AND BROKE DOWN IN DERIDDER. THREE PEOPLE STOPPED TO HELP AND ALL RECOMMENDED HARMONS. I CALLED THEM AND THEY PROMPLY CAME TO THE RESCUE AND TOWED ME BACK TO THEIR SHOP. THEY DIAGNOISED AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE LOCALLY SO THEY SENT SOMEONE TO GET THE PART SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO SPEND THE NIGHT AND I COULD BE ON ... view moreMY WAY TO THE APPOINTMENT I HAD AND STILL MAKE IT ON TIME. Horrible customer service!

I came to them to repair a leaking power steering line. They replaced the line, idler pully, and accessory belt for a reasonable price. However, after retrieving my van we noticed an almost constant loud squeeling. I returned it to them and they informed me that it was the pulley that they replaced and admitted that they had probley damaged it during the repair but, they refused to correct the problem at even a dis... view morecounted price. They wanted me to pay full price to repair the damage they caused!! I had it repaired at another shop and it turns out that not only did they damage the pully, they put the wrong size belt on and that was what was causing the squeeling!
