Don`t Do It!

Take it from me.I`m a licensed cliams adjuster in the Baton Rouge area and believe me, Owens will steal the money out your kids piggy bank. Greg is currently under investigation by the state police for unlawful business practices and charging storage without a license. Btw their storage license was Revoked over a yr ago for over charging people for storage. The manager Terry is a d*** and just is a yes man to whateve... view morer Greg says. Hes probably going to go down with him. I have a lady right now who can`t get her vehicle back because my insurance company won`t pay 3k in storage fees that`s they`re not even entitled to by law. On top of that they are attempting to charge the customer for the parts because they ordered the wrong ones and refuse to return them saying quote "we already threw the boxes away". WHATTTTTT? This is a two bit operation ran by scam artist. Please heed my warning and don`t take your vehicle there. They will screw you and leave you for dead on the side of the road (figuratively of course). Yiu will have problems with their communication with your insurance company You will have excess charges that they can`t and won`t explain You will be kicked out of your insurance company provided rental because even if your repair is 3 days, your vehicle will sit for 3 weeks without being touched. You will be unsatisfied with quality of work I`m beggin you, just look at other reviews from other customers on google. Greg is chewing new customers up and spitting them out. Dont do it to yourself. I had my lexus at Owens for repair. I used my insurance that ive had for years thinking it would be a breeze....... NO, I was stressing out. Owens took control and handled everything for me. I never had any problems. My car was delivered clean and fixed to my standards. I am VERY HAPPY!

After 26 looooong days of wati...

After 26 looooong days of watiing on my new car to be finished, I though that Owens had done a really nice job on my vehicle, but I was DEAD wrong! Though all the employees were nice to me, the work they did on my car was mediocre at best. At first glance, it seemed like things were perfect, but as the days went on, I began to notice that they screwed up my car! They did not put the panels back on my door correctly! ... view moreI began hearing wind noise because the side view mirror was loose and part of the inside door panel along the window was puckered! They did tell me to bring my car back to them, but I decided that I didn`t want them touching my brand new car ANYMORE!!! I took it to Honda that weekend. They fixed everything that was wrong! I pray that I never get into another accident, but if it happens, God forbid, I will NOT be taking my car to Owens Collison! They only reason they are receiving two stars is because the staff was nice and I got a gift card from them. I would never recommend them to a friend.

You get what you pay for. Good...

You get what you pay for. Good work takes time. Owens will go out of their way to make sure your car is done right. They take care of you! I had a great experience with very friendly staff. Will be a repeat customer.

Owens did a great Job

I recently got rear ended in my new Jaguar and a friend of mine recommended I take my car to Owens Collision. I found out that Owens does the work for the Jaguar dealership in town. I was very impressed, My car looked just like it came off the showroom floor. I tell everyone I know who need body work to take their car to Owens .
