I am an ASE certified master technician, have worked in the industry since 1977. I had the DISPLEASURE of having to finish a job that Owens had for 3 months, and couldn`t get it completed. The Insurance company had it pulled to our shop and we had it out in 4 days. Even though all they had done was tear it down, they charged the insurance company for parts and labor. Don`t sign the repair authorization!!!!

Please do not take you car to this shop. He will make you sign a repair authorization that makes you legally liable for defense costs associated with litigation involving your repair. That means if you sue him, you have to pay for his lawyer. Then he charges whatever he likes to fix your car. Forget reasonable and customary! They gouge the insurance companies! That`s the real reason for his ad campaign!

OWENS HAS THE BEST BODY SHOP. A FRIEND I GO TO CHURCH WITH

SUGGESTED THAT I TAKE MY CAR THERE AFTER SOMEONE IN A PARKING

LOT SPUN OUT AND THREW ROCKS ALL OVER MY CAR. THE ROCK CHIPPED

Unbelievable service and do the Absolute Best for you!

I have been using Owens for both my vehicle, my family and all of my friends. They always do an outstanding job of doing what is best for me, NOT the insurance company! The staff is knowledgeable, honest and very helpful and accommodating. After over 12 years of being a customer, and a quite repetitive one at that, I would never trust my vehicle anywhere else!

Outstanding Collision Shop

This is a first class collision shop...no aftermarket parts. They work for the customer not the insurance company. Wonderful Work...very nice people too. Very clean place and very helpful!

At All Cost Go somewhere ELSE!!!!

Brought my car there to have the bumper fixed after a wreck i had. When I got my car back the paint was a different color and was not even put on right, it was hanging off one side. When I ask them about it they told be that I was wrong and that the color matched and the bumper was on straight. It was only till after I threatened to sue them in small claims court that they said they would fix it. Avoid Owen`s at all costs

Owen`s was an absolute nightmare to deal with. My vehicle was damaged by Owen`s and a call was not placed in order to inform me of the incurred damage. They attempted to hide it, until I made a surprise visit to check on the vehicle. Owen`s does not deal well with their customers or insurance companies.
