Boy, they really know how to provide first-class service here. Mr. Paul really knew his way around cars and was more than willing to answer any questions I had about the problems I`ve been having with it. When they finished servicing my vehicle, it came out looking WAY better than it had been before the accident. Epic Fail. THey spent a whopping 2 minutes assessing my vehicle....then got their crappy owner to come out and say he refuses to work on anything with aftermarket wheels, paint or parts. Owners says, I don`t work on older vehicles... "I don`t have the spec sheets on a jeep" Wow. I guess he`s never heard of a manual, computer or a spec book. Guess he`s never worked on a jeep before since the he ap... view morepeared baffled by the vehicles appearance. What kinda of crappy shop has never bothered to work on a jeep before... Then the owner says....We don`t even have a mechanic here. We sub all that out to dealers. WTF...I`ve been to some shady body shops before but this one takes the cake. It utterly amazes me that this one is considered one of state farms insurance select shops. I`ll be doing everything within my power to have them removed from state farms select list after wasting my time with their incompetence. This is the kind of shop that should simply vanish...would be better for everyone.

Life Saver!

I had just moved to Baton Rouge for my freshman year at Louisiana State University from a small island off the coast of Maine. I had driven my Toyota Camry for three days to finally get to my apartment on Burbank. After staying in my new place for a day, I had to drive my boyfriend to the New Orleans airport and drop him off for his departure back to Maine. On my way back to Baton Rouge, I got lost and ended up in As... view morecension Parish. Around 4 pm, I was frustrated and driving trying to find my way back to the interstate. A car abruptly stopped in front of me and I was unable to brake in time, rear ending their bumper and basically totaling my car. I was so distraught, alone, and lost that I could barely comprehend what had just happened. The police came, took my information, and eventually told me that I could leave (and drive my car). With my hood bent up at least 10 inches than normal, I was appalled that they hadn`t offered me a ride, considering I was clueless to where I was, where I was going, and how I was going to get there. I eventually took the exit to Siegan Lane because I had recognized it and knew that it was somewhere in the general area that I needed to be. Bawling my eyes out from fear of telling my mom, my insurance company, and being so afraid of never being able to find my way to my new "home," I pulled in to Champ`s Collision Center, parked my mangled vehicle, and walked into the office. There, the woman at the front desk ran to give me tissues and consoled me, asking me to tell her what happened. She said that I could leave my car there, no storage fee, and she would find me a ride home. It was the most relieving thing in the world. She was not only kind, sympathetic, and compassionate, but she also did everything she could to help me out. Being in a new place, it was like finding an oasis in a desert.
