This is the worst dealership ever, did buy a Lexas from them, however I showed them I could go to Dallas and save thousands, went back to buy me a Tundra, thought I was going to get into a fist fight to get my keys back on my trade in(after refusing there deal) went across town and was treated more than fairly. sorry no stars, sucks

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i went in all happy but left so upset. i have better than average credit and was trading in my Tahoe yet, they made me feel so bad like they were doing me a favor buying from them! i was wanting to get a camry SE 12 so bad so i almost went through with the horrible deal they were setting up for me. while i was waiting in the service area i just thought who else has this car. I am now a proud owner of a SE and it was pain free. the Toyota dealership in bossier is a joke and will never get my business that is for sure

Poor service. Rip-Off fees.

I had an alignment done, and 2 seat-belts replaced. They charged me $19 for hazardous materials disposal when they didn`t use any for either job. Additionally, they did not re-install the the interior body panels or carpet correctly. One of the body panels was hanging open and the carpet was sticking out from under the side panels. Lastly, they got grease on the interior and spilled a water bottle on the... view more carpet, saturating it through. I expect much more when I pay someone almost $800 for such simple work. At a minimum, at least finish the job before calling me to tell me it`s ready for pick-up.
