I was just sickened when my new pick up was damaged in a fender bender. I had no idea who to use to make the repairs and restore my truck back to its original showroom condition. I was told by a co worker to call Premier Collision. He had his wife`s vehicle repaired there and was just so impressed by the ownership`s pride and integrity with his workmanship. Premier picked up my mother?ˆ™s car on Monday the week before Easter in 2013. They had promised to have the car done by Friday of the same week. She was paying out her pocket to get a spot on a rear quarter panel fixed ,
1. They promised to have the car finished by a specific date, yet they let it sit at their shop for two days without touching it while my mother was stuck at home without a vehicle. When they had... view more to repaint some parts because they didn`t prep them properly, they then were not able to deliver the car on the promised date. They ended up keeping the car for 5 days past the originally promised date.
(2) Someone in their shop left a two foot long torx screwdriver under the hood when they were putting it back together,
(3) One of their workers had disconnected the antenna for the key fobs in the trunk when they were working in that area and had forgotten to plug it back in.
(4)And they also did not replace the clips that hold the lining of the trunk to the frame, leaving them to rattle loosely.
(5) They did not spend the time they were paid for in buffing the car, leaving many easily removable defects in the outer layers of clear that any competent buffer would have removed. There is no way they spent three hours on it much less the 4 they got paid for.
(6) They took the time to put a shiny tire dressing on the tires before my mother picked the car up yet they could not spend any effort to clean the left over buffing compound off the car (inside every seem, inside the doors, under the hood, big white easily noticeable hand prints inside the doors, )
(7) The returned the car as finished yet there is more than one spot of trash in the paint on the bumper. There is no way a competent shop would let such shoddy work leave
I have to say, I would not let my mom bring the car back to them to have the bumper repainted again. After the litany of problems she had, there is no way I would ever let them touch the car again.
And finally, throughout the whole process, they were less than upfront about the issues and seemed only to want to make excuses, even though it was obvious they were not being honest.
Dealing with them was thoroughly disheartening in all respects. Please be warned.

My husband and I were recently in a fender bender and needed to find a body shop for our new vehicle. This shop came highly recommended by a co-worker. I was very impressed with how quick I was able to get in to get the repairs completed. The cost for the repairs were very reasonable. There customer service was great.
