Never showed up!

After calling this place 6 different times to do a residential repair noone ever showed up. They kept telling me that they would be out that week and nothing. After almost six weeks of waiting and calling this company I gave up and decided to call another glass company. Very POOR customer service! I made one call to another company and they had someone out to my house within two days!
