Kenny was very short and rude and disrespected me after asking him a simple exhaust question. He said OK were going to go through this one more time. He acted like he wanted to do the work without quoting me a price. I guess he thought I was Bill Gates. He also didn`t want to answer questions. He was going to charge 110.00 for a pipe from the muffler to the very rear end without a resonator. I told him to forget it. ... view moreHe cut the old pipe off before I could tell him to stop and charged me 20.00 just to cut off a pipe. It should have been 5.00. I am a certified welder and have used a cutting torch all my life. I know how much time, work, and Acetylene it takes to cut an exhaust pipe. I don`t have the equipment to do it. I went to "Speedy muffler" and they told 63.00 verses 110.00 at Mr. Muffler. I went back and told Kenny and he said knock yourself out and I said thanks for cheating me. He said You bet. I said remember that when you go to church this Sunday and he said "Oh Kiss My A. I will Never go back there. Kenny you know who I am. I would advice not to ever go to this joint! One of the worst experiences ever! I had some work done on my muffler & tail pipe. When I picked up the car & drove it away I noticed that the ride was bumpy as hell. Found out that something was wrong with my left strut & shock was locked up. I have taken my vehicles to Mr Muffler & Brake Center many times. The shop staff are always willing to help and suggest the best fix for my problems. They get the job done right and get it done fast.
