Do your self a favor and keep driving!!!! The first guy I talked to was sooooo unprofessional!!! Then his manager came out and it only got worse he looked at my wife like a late night snack I never got a price and I never got past the filthy car the whole environment gave me a bad vibe.

Terrible Dealership

I basically got ripped off every way possible during the deal. A week after I purchased the car I received a call stating that I had to bring them nearly $1000.00 for taxes because they forgot to include them in the loan. Over a year later, while renewing tags on our second car, we find out that they never paid the taxes on the vehicle we purchased from them! They are scam artists!

Excellent buying experience

I purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 from Will and James. Both of this gentlemen were extremely helpful to me in my buying experience. They were more then willing to do whatever they could to get me in the truck I wanted. Great Experience

Awesome

Will made my first time car buying experience awesome. He was so helpful and knowledgable, he listened to what I wanted and didn`t just push any car on me. He made me feel confident in my purchase and I knew that if I had any problems I would be taken care of, and I was!!! I drove off without the antenna to the car and with one phone call it was fixed. SHADY SHADY SHADY

We stopped by this place on our way through town. We were beyond irritated by the time we left. We just wanted to look at cars and instead we were approached by a salesman and led inside. Inside they took my husband`s license info and some other info including his social security number. We asked why they needed his social just to look at cars and they couldn`t give us a straight answer. My husband refused to sign it... view more because we didn`t want his credit ran. Next, they asked for the keys to our car to appraise it. Again, I asked why do you need to appraise our car? WE ONLY WANT TO LOOK AT CARS!!!! They were being entirely too aggressive so we told them to give us our keys back and the paper with my husband`s info on it. They refused to give us the paper back and assured me they would shred it. $h!t is gonna hit the fan if we find out they ran his social. I will NEVER return to this shady place and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!! Pushy sons of what?!!!

A 1 STAR RATING IS TOO GENEROUS....WORST DEALERSHIP EVER

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle for me. I am an MS patient and am no longer able to drive my manual transmission vehicle. We selected an SUV, got approved financing and got an excellecnt payment. It was the perfect auto for my needs. We signed a buyers agreement. The finance manager said he would do nothing for me. These people have no clue how to treat customers and absolutely no idea about good business practices. My wife and I have purchased two Buicks from Tim French SuperStore and are completely satisfied! The personnel was extremely helpful in helping us determine the make an model that best suited our needs. They didn`t have on their lot the vehicle that they recommended, it was ordered we test drove it and purchased. The next vehicle that we purchase will be from Tim French!
