what the acura guy fails to mention is that his car was a rebuilt salvage that was not repaired correctly is the reason for wheel been back, said he bought car wrecked and had some one fix it and then went to get it aligned and couldnt be done because car was never fixed right to begin with, then he expects this shop to fix the hack job that was done on it . if whoever fixed it to begin with knew what they where doi... view moreng he wouldnt have this problem

My driver side tire was pushed...

My driver side tire was pushed back about 1/2-1 inch caused by my subframe being bent in an accident. I took my vehicle to Mt. Carmel Auto Body & Frame to get an estimate on the damage. The older gentleman, who I believe is the owner, jacked my car up and looked under it and told me that the subframe was indeed bent, but in order to pull it out there was a possibility the frame rail would crack, possibly causin... view moreg a need for more repair. After saying that he looked at the other employee who was standing by and smirked. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost $60.00 an hour and there would be a minimum of 2 hours prep work. I asked him how much labor would be needed in order to pull the tire out and he said anywhere from one hour to ten hours (That gap in the estimate of hours seems a little excessive in my opinion). Then he proceeded to tell me that he didn`t like the paint job on my car and that whoever did it only painted half of the door. Followed by, "call us if you want to do it, I`m not sure if I want to deal with a Honda anyway, they are pieces of sh*t." Really? Nice way to do business. Maybe there were just having a bad day, but the behavior of the staff here was horrible.....of course I will not be taking my POS car here....
