I took my BMW into JustBMW for service recently. Yes, there were many repairs needed but the primary concerns I had were a leaky power steering and the steering wheel would shake. The guys identified the power steering problem and suggested a new steering rack and tie rods. They then went on to suggest several other items they found on closer inspection, including engine belts, sensors, etc... I took them at thei... view morer word and $2,000+ later, I picked up the car. The shaking steering wheel was never repaired. In fact, it was worse than when I dropped off the car. They did note on the service order, ""Possible steering column U-joints seizing, Possible strut issues, Car is not safe."" Sorry guys, but that was disappointing and not what I expected. Thanks for fixing the steering leak but shame on you for not identifying the the shaking steering wheel cause. So, I took the car to the BMW Store to have the steering wheel vibration checked. They immediately identified a front break caliper was seizing, causing the steering wheel to shake. The caliper was replaced and the car now drives great. Thank you BMW Store! I think I will stay with the dealership for service in the future.

Excellent!

These guys know their stuff! Very professional and they will not push to sell you something you don`t need. Prices are fair and much better than the dealer. I would trust these guys over anyone else for sure. Very nice shop area also.

I have just started using Just BMW. Could not be happier with the service and quality of work. John, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I will continue to bring my car here for as long as I own it.

I am in Cincinnati on a personal trip. I`ve called Blau Mit Weiss on a Saturday. They are closed. But John happened to be there and answered the phone. He is so kind to just wait for me to take a l... view moreook at the car. Since I am supposed to be travelling tomorrow, he went above and beyond with his customer service just to wait for me. He suggested a couple of things on why the `Service Engine Soon"" light was on. He checked even the other things in the car which he doesn`t even have to bother about. He is very kind and extremely professional. If I move to Cincinnati, I would not even take my car any where else for repairs...

Just Blau mit Weiss, the Name...

I always here people from Cincinnati say Blau mit Weiss stands for BMW in German....Bavarian Motor Works.
Actually it doesn`t. It stands for ""Blue with White"", the colors of the BMW emblem. The correct German spelling is Blau mit Wei?. The ""W"" has a V sound and the squiggly B has a ""double S"" sound.

BMW stands for Bavarian Motor Works, the German translation being Bayerische Motoren Werke.

Very Helpful

We had been bringing our BMW to the BMW Store but decided to give Just BMW a try since the BMW Store is expensive. The people at Just BMW were very helpful and fixed what needed to be fixed and didn`t pressure us into fixing everything. They even called a couple of weeks later to say that one repair that we didn`t do was under warranty! The shop and the location are less than pretty but the work they do is great.
