Reviews:
Well, I have to differ on the negative reviews. . . I`m not related to anyone who works there or anything. I started taking my 2 vehicles there a few months back and have always been treated very nice by the employees, they`ve always fixed whatever was wrong with my vehicle and they almost always have gotten my cars back the same day as long as I take them in early. I rate their service as a 5, although I feel they ... view moreare a bit pricey. I can`t complain though, when my car is fixed to my satisfaction. They charge what I feel is too much to hook the car up to their diagnostic machine. Pep Boys and a couple other repair shops do that for free, but CarMerica charges me anywhere from $70-90! I feel that`s exhorbitant. other than that, I have no complaints at all, but only nice things to say about the place.

Run Around
I called last week about new tires. The owner couldn`t get the tires I wanted. He promised to put together a "good, better, best" so I can choose tires. That never happened. After almost a week, I called them about tires again. The owner said he has my tires and to bring the car in and he`d give me a ride home. Took in the car and to my surprise, there was no ride back home. So I walked home (wish I had a ... view morecoat with me). Their customer service has been laughable since the new owners have taken over. I miss the old owners.

Tune Up Out Of Control
I took my Ford F150 in for a simple tune up. I was told it would take one day of labor and cost around $600.00 to have the work done. After several calls, two trips to the shop, one week later and $1,300.00, I finally got my truck back. Never again!

Travelers Beware!
Unprofessional, dishonest, will not stand behind their work! Travelers! Jim Adams Ford 1 block away..prices will be competitive, work will be backed by Ford Motor Co. I would not recommend letting these people check the air in your tires!
