I`ve read the previous reviews and am
I`ve read the previous reviews and am wondering if these folks have the right location/service shop. My family has always relied on the owner of this shop to do repairs on our vehicles. We have yet to have experienced an unsatisfactory interaction, and have always been pleased with the honest and reliable professionals who work there.
The most recent example of excellent performance was demonstrated when the t... view moreransmission ECU died on my excursion. This left me in low 4X4. Mr. Kok (shop owner) and I met the following day. He assured me that the vehicle would receive premium care and would be ready for pick up in two days.
Two days later, my vehicle was not only repaired, but returned to my work car space with a fresh wash and vacuum.
Not only had Mr. Kok and the Mr. Transmission crew lived up to their promises, they went beyond expectation. I would never fear recommending then to family and friend.

After a bad experience with Mr.
After a bad experience with Mr. Transmission in 2010, I swore I would never set foot in there again. Unfortunately, after replacing my transmission in 2010 , my car broke down again last week. I was told by a mechanic that it was the transmission. Because it was under warranty, I was compelled to return to my nemesis. This time, there was a new manager, and the owner was on hand as well. They were both extremely cour... view moreteous and helpful. As it turned out, the transmission was not to blame, but because of my previous horrifying experience, they fixed the mistake the other auto shop had made, as well as repairing an oil leak-all for free. If you have had a bad experience in the past, be assured that George and Mike are doing all they can to improve the quality of work and customer service,

Boycott
If I were you guys, I would get together and boycott this place. Have you ever thought about protesting? You should. I`m sure there are more people who are victims of their business practices. Thanks for the warning, and I`ll be sure to stay away and warn others. Someone needs to contact the local news stations and have them investigate!!! It`s a shame that they are able to treat customers in this manner and still ge... view moret away with it.

Mr. Transmission
I agree!!! This is a horrible place of business. The Baxter Avenue location and Clarksville, Indiana location. Both are rip off companies. Will charge you THOUSANDS of dollars and you find out it wasn`t even your transmission. They are a mess, deceptive, rude, inexperienced, and a waste of time and money. Let your voice be heard....report them to BBB, and better yet, SUE THEM! Do not let them rip you off and take you... view morer hard earned money. Stay away from both places!!!!

OMG! What a horrible place of business!
The Louisville location (Baxter Avenue), and the Clarksville, Indiana location are the worst. Not only was I lied to, but they kept making excuses concerning my transmission. After almost 2, 500.00 in repairs, our transmission is worse. The manager lied to me to get my business about what was wrong with my car. After four months, my transmission is in worse condition. But I will have the last laugh in this matter. Fo... view morerget filing a complaint with the BBB because Mr. Transmission is a member of the BBB who pays dues, so the BBB will take sides with Mr. Transmission and will close your case. The BBB will act if they are concerned but you`ll be disappointed with them in the end. So here`s what you need to do. GO FILE A LAWSUIT AND SUE FOR THEIR NEGELIGANCE, LOSS OF VEHICLE USE, REPAIRS, ETC! Do not send them any letters of your intent to sue, just sue them. The fee to sue is 175.00...It will be worth it. Then contact all the news stations and media outlets to inform them of your lawsuit against Mr. Transmission. Keep all your records in order. Mr. Transmission told a bunch of lies to the BBB about their service. SUE, SUE, SUE THEIR LAME BUTTS!!!!
