Lawrenceburg Chevy can get you Financed For A New car .But look over the interest rate closely. They will set you up with the Finance company from hell. They promise you a better interest if you refianance a year later to get a better rate. .But after 1 year they ignore you and when you go somewhere else you find out you paid
about 5000.00 to much for the car . Im other words youre stuck.

Completely Incompetent and disrespectful
Took my car there to get an oil change. An hour and a half later it was ready since I ""didn`t need an appointment"" when I called the day before. Upon getting in I found grease on the steering wheel, grease on the shift lever, grease on the inside door pull, and some greasy wetness on the lock to my glovebox. Why they got in there I do not know. Then, after driving home and checking the oil, it was over a quart ... view morelow! So I took it back and informed them, upon which time I received a very flippant attitude from the desk person, and a ""let`s see."" They added some oil to my car while I watched. Then the guy who had added the oil tried to turn my car around in the service bay, only to back the back tire of it into the sharp metal of the auto lift... three times. I called this out to the desk person standing there when he said, ""what`s going on"" when the other guys around my car were shouting at the guy driving. I said ""oh he is just backing my car into the lift."" To which the guy replied ""No, he`s probably just running over an air hose."" I said, ""I can see it..."" and he then leaned over the counter to look. But by that time the event was over and he had gotten the car turned around. He got out, and once AGAIN there was grease on the door handle, steering wheel, gear shift, and inside door pull.

I got hold of the service manager, who explained that since it was not a ""typical"" oil change, that it was difficult for them (I have a foreign car). I said, ""Well they knew the engine took seven quarts of oil, they charged me for seven quarts of oil, so why did they put five and a half in the engine?"" He replied ""Well..."" I also said, ""And I don`t believe that GM owners would want grease inside their car either. He isn`t wearing gloves and he works with oil all day, he is going to get it inside."" He explained that they would be happy to get it cleaned up if I brought the car back down. I told him that I had already cleaned it up myself, since all the parts with grease on them were parts that I had to touch to drive the car! He said he would have a talk with them etc etc.

Needless to say I will not be bringing my car back there, and I wouldn`t recommend anyone else do it either.

$63.00 for grease in my car, not enough oil, and an hour and a half wait in their run-down and crowded ""lounge."" What a joke.

Lawrenceburg Chev is horrible
Service is horrible. Managers have a combined IQ of a monkey. Used car prices are marked 5000 above blue book. Customers recieve absolutely no respect. Lawrenceburg Chevrolet is horrible.
