Great service

I can only say that the service I received today was outstanding. Called Mel`s at around 8:00 am and at 9:50 got a call they where here. New window was put in area was cleaned and they where gone by 10:45. Great service.

Can`t imagine the previous rev...

Can`t imagine the previous review.....I contacted Mels this morning at 9:30 am, it is now 1:15 pm and they are finished with my new windshield. The technician did a beautiful job. I also had 3 call backs from the office this morning. One concerning my insurance, which they handled 100% for me, one to set up an appointment and one to tell me the tech was on his way. Terrible Service

Do not ever use this business!! A hail storm shattered my back window and made it unable to drive. After the insurance finally come out to check on it, we ordered the glass. It took two weeks for the glass to come to the dealer. In the time, they didn`t return any phone calls and did not make any offer to speed up the process or apologize in any way, shape, or form for the wait and the inconvenience. I will never ever ever use this business again and I suggest you don`t use it a first.
